Let’s look at a Laser Wedding!
We had a great time creating and performing a laser show for a wedding held at The Woodlands Resort! I wanted to make a journal to explain how the lasers fit into the celebration.
The Building with Party Room and Viewing Balcony
Here is a front view from the golf course of the party building! The viewing balcony is labeled.
Move Into the Party Room
We will start our journey in the wedding “party room” – where the celebration will go into full swing with DJ, & dancing fun! Below you will see a picture of the empty party room with the doors labeled – that is because at a certain time in the evening, our bride wants all of the guests to step out on to the viewing balcony to see a surprise – the laser show! There are two doors leading out to the viewing balcony.
Step Outside to the Viewing Balcony
Below is a picture of the viewing balcony showing what happens once you are outside. The guests come out the doors and gather all along the balcony, and will look out towards the trees and the golf course to see the laser show.
The View from the Balcony
Next we show a picture of what the guests on the viewing balcony will see as they look out over the golf course. Any laser graphics (logos, words, pictures) will be projected out to the small hill. The laser beam show will come from a row of projectors mounted across the deck from the viewing balcony.
What the Guests See
Below is a picture with the laser show superimposed over the right side of the view from the balcony.
And finally some great pictures of the show from the balcony!
