Beam Soup is Ready!
The Pearland Town Center was celebrating their Grand Opening on August 1 & 2, 2008. They are creating a new way to live and work within a fine retail center. To celebrate, they had an all-day party the first weekend in August.
The laser show was centered around the pavilion in a central park inside the shopping center. Initially it was planned to have the show around a lake at the back of the property, but it was deemed better to bring the show to the audience rather than have them walk down to the lake.

Laser Spectacles used two 30 Watt YAG green lasers outside the pavilion, two 3 Watt green lasers inside the pavilion, and a 5 Watt full color system with Three fiber projectors, one graphics projector, and one lumia projector on and around the screen hung at the rear of the stage.
The fog effect worked perfectly along with the prevailing wind to bring the beams out from the stage over the heads of the audience. It was a great party, a great way to end each night, and a spectacular laser light show!
